We provide over-the-phone troubleshooting of installation, wiring or equipment problems after installation. If your system is under warranty (generally 1-year), and your problem cannot be determined or fixed over the phone, we will dispatch a technician to your site.
Basic charge-N/C while under warranty. $85/hour+travel-post warranty. (subject to change)
